Online Training Programme

Enjoy the free introductory short courses to help your communication with people from culturally diverse backgrounds. These courses are especially helpful for new staff and volunteers in community organisations, as prior to attending more in-depth, face-to-face cultural diversity training.

For best results it is recommended to use the following browsers:

When you enrol you will select 'self enrolment' and will be  placed in the general group.



A group option is available for orgranisations. This allows your staff to be enrolled into your organisations group. You will receive an enrolment key to pass on to your staff.

We can also provide your organisation with access to reports if you wish to monitor progress through the program.

Some important things to note:


The information you provide in the activities within the courses is for your use only, no one else can view your responses. The course is designed to transfer your learning into the workplace, so to receive a completion certificate, you will need to print off your entries to share with your supervisor / manager who will sign off your completion certificate. The course is not monitored by a trainer and is self-paced.
